Stress Less Events

woman smilingCome join LifeWays in our monthly stress less activity! Find out how to beat stress and cope with life's difficulties. Participate in fun activities, eat healthy snacks and learn about community resources to decrease stress! 

Wellness Wednesdays

This is an 8 week program that focuses on nutrition and exercise for healthy living. This class requires registration for the whole course. Weekly attendance is important for success in this program. 


This program begins with an educational nutrition class followed by fitness class. Please wear or bring athletic shoes! Two different sessions will be offered. Lunch will be provided every Wednesday for those enrolled in each session.

A new session will start every 4 weeks. Registration required. Must attend all 8 sessions. Priority given to LifeWays Consumers. To register contact Chad Lige at 517-780-3380.

Tobacco & You: Learn How to Quit Smoking

This 10 week drop in style group focuses on the effects of smoking to help you quit. 

Thursdays from 11 am—12 pm

LifeWays Meeting Rooms

Another 6-week group will be offered for those actively quitting smoking. This group requires registration.

inSHAPE

inSHAPE is an individualized wellness program. All appointments are made individually with a Wellness Coach. Through this program, individuals receive free personal training sessions, education and support to work towards healthy goals.
